As we eagerly await this year’s Paris Motor Show, there’s plenty to look forward to with the exciting new releases expected to be showcased at the 2024 event. Here’s an A-Z guide to some of the highlights:

ALPINE

Starting with “A,” French brand Alpine will present two concept cars. The first is the Alpenglow Hy6 Concept, a super sports car originally unveiled in 2022.

This time, it is expected to feature technical improvements and possibly some design tweaks. However, the real star is the Alpine A390_β Concept, a preview of the brand’s first electric crossover.

BYD

Build Your Dreams, better known as BYD, will be showcasing a new model. It’s anticipated to be the European-developed version of its Tesla Model Y competitor, the Seal Lion 7.

The vehicle is already available in their home market of China.

CITROËN

Although BMW is rumored to introduce a new electric model, nothing has been officially confirmed. Meanwhile, Citroën is set to present a facelifted version of their Ë-C4 and Ë-C4 X models, expected to feature a larger battery for improved range.

The petrol version, powered by a 1.2L turbocharged engine, will also remain an option. Additionally, a refreshed C5 AIRCROSS crossover is on the way, alongside the newly launched C3 and Ë-C3, introduced earlier this year.

DACIA

Dacia is bringing out the big guns with the unveiling of the Bigster, a massive 7-seater SUV based on the popular Duster.

DS AUTOMOBILES

Citroën’s luxury sub-brand, DS, will debut their SM Tribute concept, a homage to the iconic Citroën SM from the 1970s.

Maybe we can also see the new DS 8, the brand’s next flagship that should debut in 2025.

KIA

Kia doesn’t have major surprises this year but will reveal a facelifted version of the Sportage and the GT version of Kia EV9.

MINI will take the opportunity to showcase the John Cooper Works edition of their new Cooper, as well as the Aceman.

PEUGEOT

Peugeot will bring the spotlight to its new E-408, an electric vehicle equipped with a 58 kWh battery offering a range of 453 km.

Nothing else is expected.

RENAULT

Renault is set to steal the show at this year’s Paris Motor Show. Alongside a range of concept cars, the much-anticipated Renault 4 E-Tech will be unveiled—a compact electric crossover based on the forthcoming Renault 5 E-Tech.

Additionally, exciting concepts like the Renault 17 EV Restomod and the Embleme Concept will be on display.

ŠKODA

Škoda has a key task at the event: unveiling the new electric Elroq.

New Skoda Elroq

This model will be available with battery options ranging from 52 kWh to 77 kWh.

VOLKSWAGEN

Volkswagen is taking a more reserved approach this year, with one major reveal: the new SUV, the Tayron, a 7-seater variant of the Tiguan (formerly known as the Tiguan Allspace).

We expect the 2024 Paris Motor Show to be a spectacular event, packed with exciting debuts and thrilling innovations.
