EICMA 2023 Milan: Ticket Prices and Special Access
Before you embark on your EICMA adventure, you’ll want to secure your tickets. Here’s a breakdown of the ticket prices:
- General Admission: €19.00 (141,8 DKK/224,6 SEK/225,8 NOK)
- Children (Ages 4 to 13): €12.00 (89,5 DKK/141,8 SEK/142,6 NOK). This ticket is available only when purchased online.
- Children (Ages 0 to 3): Free
EICMA also offers special access for visitors with disabilities. Visitors with disabilities, as well as their companions, can enter for free by presenting a disability card or equivalent certificate at the reception.
If you’re planning to attend as a group, there’s a group rate available at €14.00 per person (104,4 DKK/165,5 SEK/166,4 NOK), This special rate is applicable to schools, motorcycle associations, and motorcycle clubs. Please note that this rate is valid for groups with a minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 70 people, and it’s available only at the ticket counters.
Event Dates and Opening Hours
EICMA 2023 is scheduled to take place at Fiera Milano in Rho (15 km north-west far from Milan city centre) from November 9 to November 12, 2023. The event kicks off with press and industry days on November 7 and 8, followed by public access from November 9 to November 12. Here are the opening hours for the public:
- Thursday, November 9, 2023: 9:30 to 18:30;
- Friday, November 10, 2023: 9:30 to 18:30;
- Saturday, November 11, 2023: 9:30 to 18:30;

For industry professionals, the event opens on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, from 8:30 to 18:30, and press days are scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, 2023, from 8:30 AM to 18:30.
Parking Facilities
If you go to Italy by car, or rent a car at the airport, this year, EICMA is pulling out all the stops to accommodate attendees’ vehicles. The total number of parking spaces available for EICMA 2023 reaches an impressive 10,000 for cars, plus a special treat for motorcycle enthusiasts – free motorcycle parking.

Parking Map and Options
EICMA 2023 provides ample parking spaces for attendees, with approximately 10,000 spaces available for visitors and 5,000 for exhibitors. These parking facilities are strategically located around the Fiera EICMA venue and are numbered from 1 to 5.
To ensure a hassle-free experience and secure your parking spot, it’s possible to make a reservation up to four hours before your arrival. The cost of parking is €12.50 for a 4-hour period or €18 for the entire day.

Additionally, there’s a parking facility at the Rho train station, with trains departing for Rho Fiera approximately every 15 minutes. In Mazzo di Rho, there’s a 600-space parking area connected to the Fiera by the metro.

By Air
If you’re arriving by air, here are directions to reach EICMA based on your chosen airport:
Linate Airport
Linate Airport is connected by the all new Metro M4 (the Blue Line) to San Babila Metro Station.
Here you can change with the M1 (Red Line) towards Rho-Fieramilano.
Malpensa Airport
Malpensa Airport offers the Malpensa Express train service to Cadorna Station, in city centre, where you can change with M1 Line (Red Line) to Rho Fieramilano; as well as the Malpensa Bus Express operated by Autostradale SPA.
Orio al Serio Airport
Orio Shuttle, provided by Airpullman Bus Company, is an option for transportation to EICMA. You can also consider Orio Express by Autostradale Bus Company, where you can purchase tickets online, check schedules, and find pricing details on their respective websites.
By Motorcycle or Car
If you’re traveling by car or motorcycle, here are the recommended routes:
- From the A4 motorway (Venice), exit at Pero-Fieramilano;
- From the A7 (Genoa), A1 (Bologna), and A4 (Turin) motorways, take the A50 Western Ring Road towards Varese and exit at Fieramilano;
- From the A8 (Varese) and A9 (Como) motorways, follow the signs for A4 (Venice) at the Milano Nord toll booth and exit at Fieramilano;
- From Milan, you can reach Fieramilano by taking the A8 motorway towards Varese-Como and exiting at Fieramilano or by taking the A4 motorway towards Turin and exiting at Pero-Fieramilano.
By Metro or Commuter Rail
For quick and convenient travel, consider using the M1 Line (Red Line) with a stop at Rho Fiera. Notably, you no longer need to purchase an extra-urban ticket to reach the Fiera; an urban ticket priced at €2 is sufficient.
For those opting for commuter rail, trains from stations like Certosa, Villapizzone, Lancetti, Porta Garibaldi, Repubblica, Porta Venezia, Dateo, and Porta Vittoria will take you to Rho Fiera Milano. You can catch the S5 Treviglio-Varese or the S6 Treviglio-Novara lines with a stop at Rho Fiera Milano.
By Train
Rho Fiera Milano is well-connected by train, serving the Torino-Novara-Milano route, regional trains to Varese, Arona, Domodossola, and Luino, and select trains from the S11 Chiasso-Como-Milano Porta Garibaldi-Rho line.
The Rho Fiera Milano station also accommodates some high-speed trains such as Frecciarossa and Frecciabianca, connecting Milan with Rome, Turin, Venice, and Trieste.
For train travelers, here are directions to reach EICMA:
- From Milan Central, Milan Porta Garibaldi, and Milan Lambrate stations: Take the green metro line towards Abbiategrasso or Assago. At the Milano Porta Garibaldi station, transfer to metro line 5 (lilac) with a stop at Portello;
- From Milan Central, Milan Porta Garibaldi, and Milan Lambrate stations: Take the green metro line towards Abbiategrasso or Assago. At the Cadorna station, transfer to the red metro line towards Rho-Fiera Milano with a stop at Lotto-Fieramilanocity (with a change to metro line 5, lilac, at Portello);
- From Milan Nord Cadorna station: Take the red metro line towards Rho-Fiera Milano with a stop at Lotto-Fieramilanocity (with a change to metro line 5, lilac, at Portello).
For those using the commuter rail, the S3 and S4 lines of the passante ferroviario stop at the Milano Nord Domodossola station, which is conveniently located 100 meters from Largo Domodossola.
