Hyundai has just unveiled an updated version of their electric sedan, the Ioniq 6, at the Seoul Mobility Show. The most significant change is the car’s front design, where the previously controversial headlights have been replaced with a split lighting system. This consists of slim LED daytime running lights at the top and separate main headlights positioned lower in the bumper, giving the car a more refined and aggressive appearance.
We do not yet know the prices, specifications, or other details of the facelifted Ioniq 6. However, we do know that an exciting N version will also be released later in 2025, and expected by the end of the year. All information will be updated as soon as more details become available.
The new Hyundai ioniq 6 N Line, what a beauty
A notable addition is the introduction of an N Line variant of the Ioniq 6. This version features a more pronounced front with a large grille and air intakes reminiscent of the Elantra N. At the rear, there is a new bumper with additional black details and unique silver and black-colored wheels. Inside, the updated Ioniq 6 includes a three-spoke steering wheel and new USB ports.

Hyundai has also teased the highly anticipated Ioniq 6 N. Inspired by the RN22e concept, this high-performance model showcases a unique rear end with a large fixed rear wing and new LED taillights. While specifications have not yet been confirmed, it is expected that the Ioniq 6 N will share its powertrain with the Ioniq 5 N (read our test drive here!), featuring a dual-motor setup producing approximately 641 hp.

Additionally, features such as synthetic engine sounds and a simulated eight-speed dual-clutch transmission are expected to be part of the package. The standard Ioniq 6 will continue to feature a 77 kWh battery, competing directly with the Volkswagen ID.7 and Mazda 6e.
