Now 57% of new cars in Denmark are electric

Denmark confirms itself in being the best market of European Union for the electric cars, and the second in Europe after Norway – which is turning into an impressive 100% electric fleet. Denmark’s shift toward electric vehicles reached a new milestone in September 2024, with EVs accounting for an impressive 57% of all new car sales. For the fifth consecutive month, electric cars have outsold traditional petrol, diesel, and hybrid vehicles combined.
