The iconic Fiat Multipla is marking its 25th anniversary, and to celebrate this milestone, Stellantis has unveiled a unique collectible model, the Fiat Multipla 6X6.

Originally unveiled at the International Frankfurt Motor Show in 1997, this six-seater model from the Turin-based automaker made its debut on the market a year later in 1998, immediately sparking interest and curiosity.

What about Fiat Multipla 6×6

The Multipla was the first “3+3” seater in its segment, offering seating for six individuals in two rows of three passengers each. Such an innovative concept that in 1999, it was showcased at the MoMA in New York as a future car during the “Different Roads” exhibition. It was also honored with the “Car of the Year” title by the UK magazine Top Gear.

To commemorate this anniversary, Stellantis’ Heritage Department, dedicated to classic cars from Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia, and Abarth, has created an exclusive one-off model: the Fiat Multipla 6×6. The mind behind this creation is Roberto Giolito, the designer responsible for the iconic 1998 Multipla and currently the Head of Stellantis Heritage.

The Turquoise Bio livery, reminiscent of open spaces and the sea, will serve as the backdrop for six charming characters. These characters were initially drawn by Giolito in 1998 to convey the joyful experience of traveling in this revolutionary Fiat.

The Multipla 6X6 will be on display from November 17th to 19th at the Milano Auto Classica fair and will subsequently be offered for sale to a passionate collector of this ingenious Italian design.
