As the Scenic clinched the title of Car of the Year 2024, another significant debut stole the spotlight at the Geneva Motor Show: the new Renault 5 E-Tech. Subsequently, a higher-end version featuring a 52 kWh battery will be launched, boasting a range of up to 400 km.

The latter will be the sole option for the 150 HP variant, while the former will power the lower power configurations. Despite its electric powertrain, the Renault 5 E-Tech manages to keep its weight competitive, with the 40 kWh version weighing in at 1,350 kg and the 52 kWh version at 1,460 kg.

The Renault 5 E-Tech will be available in two power configurations: a 95 hp entry-level model and a 122 hp variant.

Charging capabilities vary depending on the battery size, with the 40 kWh version supporting up to 80 kW DC charging and the 52 kWh version capable of reaching 100 kW. Both models feature an 11 kW AC onboard charger.

Dimensions
